An email that includes attendance login and app details will be sent to all virtual registrants the week of each webinar. Full instructions will be included in the email. Your virtual platform login information should not be shared with others; it is unique to you. PCCA reserves the right to disable individual access if this information is shared before, during or after the event.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Full refunds available through Thursday, November 6, 2025. No refunds will be provided after November 6 for event cancellations. If you are unable to attend live, you will still have access to view the recorded presentations for 60 days.
