KEYNOTE PRESENTATION:
Winning the War for Talent – Chris Czarnik

Got hiring challenges? You’re not alone. The biggest issue for most businesses today is attracting and retaining the right talent. In fact, 93% of employers are doing some sort of hiring, which is up from 82% in 2021 (LinkedIn). Winning the War for Talent addresses the challenges of today's job market and reveals how your pharmacy can adapt to recruit team members.

You'll learn:

• How to develop new strategies to become a hunter of talent and employer of choice
• How employees/potential employees think, why they think that way, and how to work with them
• Why standard hiring practices are not working and how to change them in this new environment
