Book before March 1, 2024, to get the discounted rate for your hotel stay. Rooms and rates are based on availability. If you miss the hotel cutoff date, you will need to book your room at another nearby hotel unless there are rooms still available.

BILLING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Credit cards will be billed immediately. Full refunds available through Thursday, March 7, 2024. No refunds will be provided after March 7 for event cancellations. If you are unable to attend live, you will still have access to view the recorded presentations for 60 days.

Switching from in-person to virtual attendance is allowed through Thursday, March 7, 2024. Any difference in price will be refunded; however, attendees switching after March 7 will not be refunded any difference in price between in-person and virtual registration fees.

IN-PERSON ATTENDANCE
An email that includes educational app details, transportation logistics and additional event information will be sent to all in-person registrants the week of the event. Full instructions will be included in the email.

VIRTUAL PLATFORM ACCESS POLICY
An email that includes virtual attendance login and app details will be sent to all virtual registrants the week of the event. Full instructions will be included in the email. Your virtual platform login information should not be shared with others; it is unique to you. PCCA reserves the right to disable individual access if this information is shared before, during or after the event.

MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

However, we want to back this up with more than just words. So, our policy is to provide you with a full refund of the purchase price of the program if it hasn’t met your educational goals.

If you are unsatisfied with our education content, your refund must be requested within 14 days of the completion of the program. To request a refund, email education@pccarx.com and include the attendee name, email address, phone number, program attended and a detailed explanation of why a refund is being requested. All refunds will be issued according to the original payment method.
